Shipping at a glance

- Standard shipping: typically 5-7 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking is sent by email once an order ships.
Delivery timing
Transit times vary by destination, season, and carrier. Remote or international destinations may take a little longer, and the final delivery estimate shown at checkout is the most accurate timeline for your order.
Tracking & order changes
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.
- If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best before dispatch.
- If tracking hasn't updated or the carrier status looks off, visit Track order or email support.
Returns
- 30-day returns for unused items in original packaging.
- Return requests should include your order number and reason for return.
- Custom, personalized, or marked final-sale items may not be eligible unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email support@auravoom.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can make it right quickly.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional business days to post the refund.
